    Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, entering the showground, or otherwise attending Pretoria Airshow 2026, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  2. 02

    Tickets

Tickets are issued exclusively via iTickets. Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented in printed or digital form on arrival. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry where tickets are damaged, counterfeit, or have already been redeemed.

  3. 03

    Refunds and Cancellations

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the case of a full event cancellation. In the event of partial cancellation, postponement, or curtailed display schedule (including due to weather), the organiser may, at its sole discretion, issue partial credits or rescheduled access.

  4. 04

    Conduct on the Showground

Attendees must comply with all marshalling, safety, and steward instructions at all times. Restricted items listed on the Contact page (including firearms, drones, own alcohol, braais, and laser pointers) are strictly prohibited. The organiser reserves the right to remove any attendee whose conduct compromises the safety, enjoyment, or operation of the event.

  5. 05

    Assumption of Risk

Aviation events involve inherent risks including but not limited to noise exposure, weather, fast-moving vehicles and aircraft, large crowds, and operational hazards. By attending, you voluntarily assume these risks on behalf of yourself and any minors in your care.

  6. 06

    Photography and Media

Photographic, video, and audio recording of attendees may take place at the event for promotional, editorial, and operational purposes. By attending, you consent to such use of your likeness by the organiser and its appointed media partners without further compensation or notice.

  7. 07

    Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Sky Bound Events (Pty) Ltd, its agents, sponsors, suppliers, nor venue operators shall be liable for any loss, damage, injury, theft, or delay sustained at the event, save where caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

  8. 08

    Force Majeure

The organiser shall not be in breach of these terms, nor liable for any failure to perform, where such failure arises from circumstances beyond reasonable control — including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, civil unrest, government action, or aviation authority directive.

  9. 09

    Intellectual Property

All event branding, logos, schedules, and creative assets remain the intellectual property of Sky Bound Events (Pty) Ltd and its licensors. Unauthorised commercial use, including resale of imagery or footage, is strictly prohibited.

  10. 10

    Amendments

The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, the show schedule, lineup, or operational arrangements at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these terms is the version published on this page.

  11. 11

    Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
