The inaugural Pretoria Rhino Park Air Show, held on 21 April 2025, has earned second place in the African Pilot Airshow of the Year 2025 awards — a remarkable achievement for a first-time event.
Hosted at Rhino Park Airfield, the show brought together thrilling aerial displays, precision flying, family entertainment, and a proudly Pretoria atmosphere. From aerobatics and helicopters to formation flypasts and aviation-themed ground activations, the event quickly established itself as a serious new name on the South African airshow calendar.
